The Dialogue for peaceful Change (DpC) Methodology: Navigating Conflict and Change
Dialogue for peaceful Change (DpC) is a dialogue and mediation Methodology created as a response to Northern Ireland's recurring violence. Established 20 years ago, it is a holistic process for learning to analyse and manage change and conflict between individuals and/or groups. Over the years, it has evolved and been shaped by the work of communities and organisations in Northern Ireland and in various different parts of the world.
We offer a range of bespoke workshops and accredited training modules based on the DpC Methodology. These trainings build our collective and individual capacity to overcome the fears and divisions that fracture our communities and lives.
