About DpC Global
DpC Global is the legal entity responsible for the Dialogue for Peaceful Change (DpC) training programs, as well as cultivating a network of practice across the DpC network. It also oversees DpC Global’s organizational partnerships and consultancy services.
Our mission is to support individuals and organisations to develop the skills and confidence needed to peacefully manage conflict and overcome resistance to change. By doing so, we aim to contribute to the creation of a more equitable and ecologically sustainable world.

Colin Craig
Colin is a co-director within DPC Global. In partnership with his colleague Jaap van der Sar, Colin first designed and piloted the Dialogue for Peaceful Change methodology in 2005. He is a DPC Coach and Accredited Trainer. To date, he has delivered a range of DPC Training programmes internationally in over 22 countries. In 2019 he published the DPC Handbook, Navigating Conflict and Change and in 2022 he further published the Training of Trainers DPC Manual. Born and based in Northern Ireland, Colin has been working in the field of peace and reconciliation for over 50 years. He has held a range of Executive Leadership roles across a number of organisations such as Save the Children Fund, National Children Homes, The Corrymeela Community, TIDES Training and Different Tracks Global. In 1996, Colin was awarded an MBE for his contribution to Peace and Reconciliation and is a Winston Churchill Fellow and British American Fellow. His ongoing passion is in working on how, together, we can face the complexity and challenge of moving beyond the personal and cultural narratives that continue to fracture our social and ecological worlds.
Erik Nilsson
Erik is a Co-Director of DPC Global and has supported the development of the DPC methodology in various ways since first taking the Training of Facilitators course in 2008. Erik has spent the last 15 years supporting peace processes and peacebuilding interventions in a range of conflict and post-conflict settings. Working for both government and non-governmental organizations, his work has focused on strengthening the efforts of both direct and indirect actors in their pursuit of lasting, peaceful solutions to conflict. He has worked with governments, international organizations, non-state armed groups and civil society, in different parts of the world, including Northern Ireland, Palestine and Israel, Cambodia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Thailand, the Korean Peninsula, and the Maghreb region of North Africa. Erik is passionate about contributing to organizations and individuals working more strategically and sustainably in their pursuit of peaceful outcomes to conflict.
Courtnae Dunn
Courtnae is a Co-Director of DPC Global as well as a Coach and Accredited Trainer of the DPC methodology. She has been involved with DPC since 2007 and has delivered over 30 DPC trainings across a variety of contexts in the USA, Switzerland, Palestine/Israel, Northern Ireland, Cambodia, and Sweden. Courtnae Dunn is based in Stockholm and is a Peace Leadership Specialist and Process Facilitator, focused on issues of gender, leadership and conflict transformation. Through facilitation, process design, coaching, and training, she collaborates to support government, multilateral and civil society organizations on the frontlines of peacebuilding. Her work is informed by over 15 years of experience living and working on mediation and reconciliation efforts in conflict and ‘post’-conflict settings (Northern Ireland, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Eastern Europe). She regularly consults as a gender and leadership specialist for the Swedish Government, the Organization for Security Across Europe and peacebuilding organizations in Sweden. She holds a Master’s Degree in Gender and Development from the London School of Economics. Courtnae is passionate about resourcing leaders at the intersection of the personal and the political dimensions of peacebuilding in order to be more creative and resilient in the face of change. Shaunagh Craig
Shaunagh is a dynamic leader and coach with a diverse experience in resilience building projects within public health, elite sport, and environmental sectors. First introduced to the Dialogue for Peaceful Change methodology in 2008, Shaunagh now supports DpC Global’s backbone through operational and organisational development and is an accredited DpC trainer. Now based in Ireland, Shaunagh integrates somatic leadership, focusing on body awareness, flexibility, and courage to empower individuals and teams. Her coaching emphasises self-awareness, curiosity, and vulnerability, helping teams and individuals to navigate change and conflict. As a former elite athlete who represented Northern Ireland at the 2019 Netball World Cup and competed at the highest levels in England for over a decade, Shaunagh brings valuable high-performance insights to her coaching and leadership roles. Shaunagh has coached teams and supported athlete growth at various levels through her holistic method across the UK and New Zealand. Her leadership in public health involved piloting health interventions through a whole-systems lens and collaborating with stakeholders to integrate services into localised healthcare systems. Passionately driven by her concerns about the climate crisis, she more recently pivoted to the environmental sector, designing outdoor health interventions, green career programmes, and regenerative woodland management. Shaunagh deeply committed to the work of addressing ecological breakdown, food and resource insecurity, and human disconnection from nature and sees this as a root cause to the growing fractures and conflicts of our time. Her strategic leadership fosters systemic change, helping teams and communities thrive in rapidly evolving environments.
Linda Skogsby
With over a decade of experience in peacebuilding, Linda Skogsby is a dedicated professional specializing in leadership and conflict transformation. Linda is a Co-Director of DPC Global as well as a Coach and Accredited Trainer of the DPC methodology. Her background in non-formal education positions her as a dynamic facilitator, educator, and strategic thinker. Throughout her career, she has been actively involved in transformative initiatives in Sweden and beyond, that promote dialogue, change, and sustainable development. As a seasoned facilitator and educator, Linda has conducting skill-training programs worldwide. Her expertise in non-formal education has allowed her to passionately impart essential leadership, facilitation and conflict management skills to individuals and communities. What sets Linda apart is her experience in local crime prevention initiatives – as a youth worker as well as an advisor for regional government, her skilled advocacy for youth peace and security and her passion for process facilitation and conflict transformation.
