Courtnae Dunn
Courtnae is a Co-Director of DPC Global as well as a Coach and Accredited Trainer of the DPC methodology. She has been involved with DPC since 2007 and has delivered over 30 DPC trainings across a variety of contexts in the USA, Switzerland, Palestine/Israel, Northern Ireland, Cambodia, and Sweden.
Courtnae Dunn is based in Stockholm and is a Peace Leadership Specialist and Process Facilitator, focused on issues of gender, leadership and conflict transformation. Through facilitation, process design, coaching, and training, she collaborates to support government, multilateral and civil society organizations on the frontlines of peacebuilding. Her work is informed by over 15 years of experience living and working on mediation and reconciliation efforts in conflict and ‘post’-conflict settings (Northern Ireland, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Eastern Europe). She regularly consults as a gender and leadership specialist for the Swedish Government, the Organization for Security Across Europe and peacebuilding organizations in Sweden. She holds a Master’s Degree in Gender and Development from the London School of Economics.
Courtnae is passionate about resourcing leaders at the intersection of the personal and the political dimensions of peacebuilding in order to be more creative and resilient in the face of change.
