DpC Global is committed to enhancing personal and collective capacity to navigate conflict and change.
The Dialogue for peaceful Change Methodology
The Dialogue for peaceful Change (DpC) Methodology is designed to support individuals, teams, organisations, and communities to navigate resistance to change and manage conflicts effectively. It offers practical tools to better understand and analyse conflicts, combined with hands-on mediation and communication skills.
What We Do
Based on the DpC Methodology, DpC Global has three focus areas:
Training
We offer workshops and accredited training courses based on the DpC Methodology.
Cultivating a Network of Practice
We support DpC Facilitators and Trainers with advanced learning courses and by fostering a community of practitioners across the DpC international alumni network.
Partnership Development & Consultancy Services
Beyond training, we support the integration of the DpC Methodology into ongoing change efforts by establishing and strengthening organisational partnerships and by providing tailored coaching and facilitation services.
“…That’s the real challenge of a lot of the work of conflict, is that you’re trying to bring something that does not now exist. That’s the creative act.”
-John Paul Lederach
“Conflict and change are a natural part of our everyday human experience.”
